Please ensure that you review our policies thoroughly. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement with all policies. You will be bound by these terms of agreement. Under no circumstances is Sundra liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages in connection with the use of or inability to use this website.

If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please refrain from the use of this website.

Sundra reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is recommended that you review the Terms and Conditions whenever you use the website. If you have any further questions about our policies, please email us at info@sundra.ca.

Return/Exchange Policy

  2. Store Credit

All Returns and Exchanges must meet the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
  • Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached.
  • The protective hygienic slip must not be removed from swimwear.
  • The package must be postmarked within seven (7) days of delivery.

 Please Note:

  • Online returns/exchanges must be within 7 days of delivery date.
  • All items purchased with a promotional code/have been discounted are final sale.
  • All swimwear is final sale.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns/exchanges.
  • Returns/exchanges are processed within five (5) business days.
  • You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has processed.

Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Read the Return/Exchange Policy (above) to be sure your purchase meets the eligible Return/Exchange requirements.
  1. Safely package and ship the merchandise within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment to:

  1. Please include the packing slip and note which return option you would like (exchange or store credit). Sundra is not responsible for lost or misdirected items. We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking or delivery confirmation for your package. 

Please note: Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return/Exchange Policy will not be accepted. Please allow 3-5 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.


If your purchase contains an item on pre-order, your entire order will ship once the pre-ordered item is in stock.

If you require your non-pre-order items immediately, please place a separate order for these items.

Sale Items

Any reduced item is not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that SUNDRA operates both in-store and online. Some items may become unavailable after purchase. In this case, we offer full/partial refunds and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Payment Options

Sundra accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. 

Using Store Credit/Gift Cards

Enter your unique store credit/gift card code in the Discount Code section upon checkout. The dollar amount will automatically be deducted from your subtotal.  If you do not use the entire store credit, the remainder will be available for a future purchase using the same unique code. 

Cannot be applied to shipping costs.

Only one discount/store credit code may be used per transaction. 

Sales Tax

Applicable sales taxes will be added to all purchases.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duty. These nonrefundable fees are outside of the control of Sundra, Inc. 

Shipping and Verification

Please ensure that you use the billing address and contact information as they appear on your credit statement. In the event that your billing information does not match, your order may be held pending verification (this may require us to contact you directly).

Please ensure that all billing and shipping information is accurate, as any discrepancies may cause a delay in your order.

All orders purchased with the "In-Store Pick-Up" shipping option will be held in store for customer pick-up. These orders will not be shipped to customers.

Authenticity & Warranty

Sundra only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer. 

Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. 

If within the first seven (7) days a problem is identified with your merchandise, please contact us at info@sundra.ca with a photo and description of the defect. Damaged items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning the package) to ensure your refund or exchange is properly processed.
